NOTICE:
The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.

Description

Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Pierre Radisson in accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled “ CCGS Pierre Radisson - Statement of Requirements - Engine Room Bilge Cleaning ‘’, and all related drawings and other technical documents.

Particulars of the vessel:
1200-class Medium size ice-breaker
Length overall:  322 ft. 3 5/8 in.
Moulded breadth:  65 ft. 1 3/8 in.
Load draught max.: 24 ft. 4 7/8 in.
Minimum draught forward: 18 ft. 6 in.
Minimum draught aft: 21 ft. 0 in.
Load displacement: 8 415 L.T.

Commencement of Work: Beginning of April 2016, or as per ship’s availability.
End of Work:  One (1) week (7 calendar days) afters ship’s availability.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
