TITLE:  MARINE STEAM GENERATORS TYPE

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

Fisheries and Oceans Canada / Canadian Coast Guard, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec has a requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) Clayton marine type steam generators Model Sigma Fire 0-100S-1 or equivalent in order to replace existing Clayton Steam generators on board the CCGS Martha L. Black.  The steam generators must meet the requirement, including the mandatory technical specifications described in Annex “A” of the request for proposal.

The requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), but not to the provisions of the World Trade OrganizationAgreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
