(a)         Title

Improvement of a software dedicated to images co-registration
and change detection.

(b)	Objective

Within the Spectral and Geospatial Exploitation Section at DRDC
Valcartier, improve, finalize and install an existing software
for image co-registration and changes detection which has been
developed  using metadata,  the IDL  programming language and
the ENVI interface in order to predict the accuracy of images
co-registration.

(c) 	Client

The organisation for which the services are provided is
Development and Research for Defence Canada (DRDC- Valcartier). 

(d)	Term of contract

The term of contract is thirty (30) weeks from date of Contract
award.

(e)	Additional information

i. 	Canada has determined that any intellectual property rights
arising from the performance of the Work under the resulting
contract will belong to Canada.

ii. 	Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section
01 of Standard Instructions 2003.

iii.	For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension
or a lump sum payment must provide
the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of
the bid solicitation.

iv.	The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.

v.	The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

vi.	There is a security requirement associated with this
