TITLE: Environmental characterization works DRDC/Trials Sector-Valcartier


This requirement is only open to the suppliers that are qualified on 
the Supply Arrangement (SA) for environmental investigation of sites services, PWGSC file number EE517-121480/B/C/D.

Description of requirement:
Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC), on behalf of DRDC-Valcartier,wants to obtain the services of a specialised firm in the field of environmental characterisation to carry on a mandate of sampling and sample analysis in laboratories.

Duration of the contract: The period of the contract is from the date of t

hecontract to March 31, 2017.

Trade Agreement: 
This service is subject to the provisions of NAFTA, AIT and WTO.

Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated pr
ice will be recommended for award of a contract.

On-going opportunity for qualification:
A permanent notice is posted on the GETS for the duration of the Supply 

Arrangement period describing this procurement vehicle whichinvites additional suppliers to submit proposals to become suppliers and to be awarded supply arrangement for the provision of services.
