1. Requirement:

Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC)Valcartier Research Centre has a requirement for the supply, installation, set-up, training of an hybrid High Resolution Liquid chromatography-Mass spectrometry Systems (LC-MS) with excellent mass accuracy. This will be a high-quality LC-MS system that is easy to use and provide rapid analysis of material related mainly to identification, elementary formula determination of untargeted compounds and to a lesser extent to quantification.  The system must be designed for operation in multi-users and multi-applications laboratory environment. 


2. Debriefings:

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.


3. Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
