    Description of the Requirement:
    
    The Contractor must propose junior, intermediate and senior resources to carry out claims analysis. These resources will assist PWGSC technical authorities in claims or litigation files (Files) that will be further detailed when task authorizations are issued.
    The Contractor will provide services with regard to:
    
    - Claims that may arise during the execution of construction work or professional services under real property project contracts;
    
    - Dispute resolution processes under construction contracts with general contractors (Builders) or dispute resolution processes under professional services contracts with architectural or engineering firms (Consultants), in relation to a claim;
    
    - Legal proceedings initiated by or against the Attorney General of Canada or Her Majesty in the context of real property projects, in relation to a claim.
    
    Services may be required Monday through Friday. The level of effort will be specified in the Statement of Work of the Task Authorizations.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).
    
    Proposed period of contract:
    
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31st 2024 inclusive.
    
    Debriefings:
    
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
