    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    Repairs to fisherman's wharf in Cap-aux-Meules, province of
    Quebec.
    
    More precisely, the work includes the following :
    
    - Repais to pile caps, concrete slab and beams.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with his bid.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    
    CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:
    
    As stated in Section 01 Code of Conduct and Certifications - Bid
    of  Standard Instructions R2710T (2013-04-25), Bidders must
    provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of
    names of all individuals who are currently directors of the
    Bidder. Furthermore, Canada may, at any time, request that a
    Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms
    (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC
    229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time
    specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time
    period provided will result in the bid being declared
    non-responsive. 
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    
    Work will be performed over a two-(2-) year period.
    
    For year 2013, construction schedule is planned for ten (10)
    weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    For year 2014, construction schedule is planned for ten (10)
    weeks starting August 1, 2014.
    
    BUDGET
    
    The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000
