MAJOR ENVELOPE REPAIR - MCTS

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Major building envelope repairs at the Marine Communication and
Traffic Services (MCTS), 35, Chemin Otis, Les Escoumins,
province of Quebec.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder shall enclose bid security with his bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD

CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION:

As stated in Section 01 Code of Conduct and Certifications - Bid
of  Standard Instructions R2710T (2013-06-27), Bidders must
provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of
names of all individuals who are currently directors of the
Bidder. Furthermore, Canada may, at any time, request that a
Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms
(Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC
229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time
specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time
period provided will result in the bid being declared
non-responsive. 

PERIOD OF WORK

Work shall be performed within twelve (12) weeks following
notice of acceptance of the Offer.

The budget, for this project, is between 500 001 $ and 1 000 000
$
