TITLE: Wharf refection, Saint-Anne-des-Monts


PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to perform the refection of the commercial wharf of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, province of Quebec.

More precisely, the work includes the following:

• Repair of the damage located on the vertical faces of the concrete caissons with an over layer of concrete.
• Filling of scouring under the concrete caissons with the injection of underwater concrete.
• Repair of the crack located into the wall of caisson A-16.
• Digging and demolition of the actual deck surface.
• Placing of a concrete slab around the existing shed.
• Placing of granular foundation and roll compacted concrete (RCC).

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD

- INTEGRITY PROVISIONS:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to provide the names within the time-frame specified will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals mentioned above within a specified time frame. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time frame provided, or failure to cooperate to the verification process will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK

Construction schedule is planned for sixteen (16) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

BUDGET

The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000 000 $ (Taxes extra)
