    REHABILITATION OF FORT NO. 1 IN LÉVIS, QC
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The works to be done as indicated in the current contract consist primarily, but are not limited to: the repair of the right side demi-gorge and part of right flank demi-gorge of Fort No.1 in Levis. The Fort No.1 is located in the Lauzon district, north of Road 132 and west of Mgr Bourget road, in Levis, Quebec.
    
    These restoration and conservation works pertaining to heritage elements include, but are not limited to, the dismantling and rebuilding of the interior and exterior wall sidings, the dismantling and rebuilding of wooden footway and wooden coping, excavation and complete reconstruction of the walls, temporary shoring of the walls, repair or replacement of damaged wall stones,complete reconstruction of the masonry core, various interventions on existing concrete buttresses, repointing of certain wall sections, installation of a drainage system, as well as other related works pertaining to the rehabilitation of of the right side demi-gorge and part of right flank demi-gorge of Fort No.1.
    
    INFORMATION MEETING
    There will be an optional information meeting on March 30, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Interested bidders are to meet at 3 Passage du Chien d’Or, Quebec City, QC, room 104-2. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in clause IP03 at least 24 hours before the visit.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
    - Integrity provisions:
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The work is to be completed by June 24, 2018.
