Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CAP-AUX-MEULES WHARF FENDER SYSTEM - MAGDALEN ISLAND, QC This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number EE517-180289 dated July 19, 2017 with a closing of August 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Provide all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to perform the installation of the new fender system on commercial wharf of Cap-aux-Meules, QC. More precisely, the work includes the following : Buying of rubber fenders, steel panels, brackets, facings, anchor bars, and miscellaneous accessories and shipping at Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands before March 1, 2018. Removal of 20 of the 53 existing fenders and the installation of 14 new fenders system to the commercial wharf of Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands, between June 15, 2018, and September 1, 2018. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid; MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors; - Integrity provisions: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK The Contractor shall purchase and deliver the materials described in the specification at the designated warehouse at the Cap-aux-Meules wharf by March 31, 2018. Work to install the defenses shall be executed and completed between June 15, 2018 and September 1st, 2018 according to the weekly schedule specified in the specification.
