STEAM GENERATOR LFC

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project is the replacement of the humidification system of the Laurentian forestry centre building, located at 1055 P.E.P.S. Street, Québec City, QC.

More precisely, the work includes the removal of the existing steam generators and install clean steam generators on different mechanical systems.

SITE VISIT
There will be an optional site visit on August 14, 2018 at 9:30 am. Interested bidders are to meet at 1055 P.E.P.S. Street, Québec City, QC. Bidders wishing to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned below 24 hours prior to the visit.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
- Integrity provisions:
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work may begin in mid-September 10 and shall be completed by December 14 2018.
