RELOCATION OF A PARKING LOT

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the Perform work to relocate an Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada parking lot located at 2560 blvd Hochelaga, Québec, QC.

More precisely, the work includes the following: the demolition of a parking lot, the construction of a new parking lot, the construction of a storm sewer system, earthwork, supply and installation of lampposts, relocation of security gate.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
- The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
- The Bidder must provide the listing of directors.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work is to be completed by October 30, 2020.
