Trade Agreement: CETA / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: DECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS ON THE ROCHER AUX OISEAUX ISLAND PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Rocher aux Oiseaux lighthouse site which is located in the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the Magdalen Islands region (Quebec). The site is only accessible by helicopter, and is uninhabited and isolated. It is a protected Migratory Bird Sanctuary. The work included in this project include the deconstruction of buildings on the Rocher aux Oiseaux island that are in an advanced state of disrepair. More precisely, the work includes the deconstruction of 3 buildings, the recovery and disposal of materials, some of which are contaminated (asbestos, lead and mould), and some repair work on the lighthouse and the helicopter SITE VISIT There will be no site visit. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid; - The Bidder shall provide the listing of subcontractors. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD - The Bidder must provide the listing of its directors; PERIOD OF WORK Mobilization and Work cannot begin before November 2, 2020 (1) and must be completed and demobilized by December 18, 2020.
