STANDING OFFER ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This is a request for a standing offer to provide electrical contractor services on an as-needed basis the qualified personnel, materials, equipment, tools, and any other supplies or knowledge required to construct, repair and electrical maintenance work in various federal government buildings generally located within 50 km from the Québec Base of the Canadian Coast Guard located at 101 Champlain Boulevard in Québec City, but some are within 150 km.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
- Provide a price for each item of the Basis of Payment.
- Hold valid licence 16.0 from RBQ;
- To directly employ 4 companion electricians OR 3 companion electricians and 1 apprentice electrician

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid 
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The period for making Call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the issue date to April 30, 2023 with the possibility of 3 options of one year each.
