    Project Description
    Provide labour, materials, tools and equipment required to
    complete the painting of steel elements emerging from steel
    sheet piling at Cap-aux-Meules, commercial dock, district of
    Gaspesia-Iles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec.
    
    The work covered by this contract includes, but is not limited
    to, perform all necessary work to complete the painting of steel
    elements of the commercial wharf, the boarding ramp and
    expansion of the commercial wharf of Cap-aux-Meules, Quebec.
    
    The work includes the provision of materials produced by the
    demolition and construction.  
    
    Mandatory criteria at closing date
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    Mandatory criteria prior to contract award
    
    Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification:
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder.  If the required names have not been
    received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
    will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
    the information.  Failure to comply will render the bid
    non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
    completed and signed consent forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
    aforementioned within the time specified.  Failure to provide
    such consent forms within the time period provided will result
    in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    Period of work
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than
    October 15, 2013.
    
    Budget
    The budget for this project is between 250 001 $ and 500 000 $.
