A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. *********************************************************************** TITLE: Maintenance of boilers and related heating systems, Sept-Îles Airport SECURITY REQUIREMENT This request contains a security requirement. SCOPE OF WORK : This involves performing a check and maintenance of the boiler room system at the Sept-Iles airport. PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT : The period of the contract is from contract award to August 31, 2020 inclusive. Option to Extend the Contract : The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one-year periods under the same conditions. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT BID CLOSING DATE: - Bidders must hold a valid organization security clearance; DELIVERY POINT: Delivery of the services will be made to the following delivery point: SEPT-ILES AIRPORT - YZV 1000, Boulevard Laure Est Sept-Îles (Québec) G4R 4K2. INQUIRIES All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority Annabelle.Cloutier@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
