    TITLE : 
    Radio collars for American Marten
    
    REQUIREMENT  : 
    Parks Canada wishes to acquire 20 radio collars to track the American Marten (Martes americana) as well as the accessories required to retrieve the recorded data and to transmit the data. 
    
    PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT :
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to January 31, 2022 inclusive.
    
    Option to Extend the Contract :The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one additional one year period under the same conditions, for technical support related to the use of the associated software and computer tools. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
    
    Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
    
    DELIVERY DATE : 
    All the deliverables must be received and be ready for use on or before August 1st 2020.

    EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: 
    This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
