Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: TITLE Repair of the Matane fisherman’s warf. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Provide with labor, material, tools and required equipment to execute fishermen’s wharf in Matane, electoral district of Haute-Gaspésie-La Mitis-Matane-Matapédia, province of Quebec. Works related with actual contract include, without being limited to, the following items : Steel sheet pile repair with steel plates attached to wharf face. Concrete pouring will also be executed to strengthen components. Cathodic protection using sacrificial anodes is installed on sea bottom along wharf face. Following accessories are replaced: ladders, fender system, wheel guard modification and relocation of service pedestal for water and electrical supply. Works will have to be completed by December 22 2017. SITE VISIT No site visit is organized since the site remains open and can be accessed at any time. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. PERIOD OF WORK The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within nineteen (19) weeks following contract award. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
