    TITLE
    
    Repair of Canadian Coast Guard Heliports
    
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    The project include the upgrading of three (3) Canadian Coast Guard’s helipads, the pier of the Banc du Cap Brûlé (West), the pier of the Banc du Cap Brûlé (East) and the pier of Pointe de la Prairie. In general, the work involves concrete's repairs (slab of concrete) and metalworks, sealing of cracks, enforcement of waterproof coating and paint22 2017. 
    
    
    BIDDER'S CONFERENCE
    
    A bidders' conference will be held at 1550, D’Estimauville Avenue, Quebec City on Thursday July 20th, 2017. The conference will begin at 1:30 AM EST (until 3:00 PM EST), in room 601-15). The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or send a representative.
    
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm attendance. Bidders should provide to the Contracting Authority, by email at Isabelle.Girard@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they wish to table no later than July 19th, 2017 at 2:00 PM EST. Please note that all visitors must bring a valid photo ID.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the bidders' conference will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid.
    
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    
    The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    
    The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks following contract award.
