TITLE

Uninterrupted Power System repairs and calibrations - Canadian forces base Bagotville, Saguenay (Quebec)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work under this contract includes the annually scheduled servicing, new installations, regular repairs, supply of parts and emergency repairs to uninterrupted power systems (UPS) on an "as and when required basis" at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Bagotville (Quebec), for the Real Property Operations Detachment (RPOD) Bagotville.

WORK DESCRIPTION

The work under this contract includes providing all technicians, materials, equipment and supervision required to conduct annually scheduled servicing and emergency repairs to various UPS.

SITE VISIT

There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to get all necessary information regarding conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Bids must be submitted by using the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation.

MANDATORY CRITERIA

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.

PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT

The Contract is for a three (3) years period, from the date of Contract award to August 31, 2024 inclusive + Option period up to two (2) additional years.
