    REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-POTABLE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM 
    SAINT-AUGUSTIN BOATHOUSE, LOWER NORTHSHORE 
    
    SECURITY REQUIREMENT

    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The work included in this project include replacement of the non-potable water treatment system, Saint-Augustin Boathouse, QC
    
    
    More precisely, the work includes the following :
    - Dismantling and modification of existing plumbing facilities.
    - Supply and installation of an new non-potable water tank and pressure   water system.
    - Connecting the new pressure water system and water treatment system.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
    - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors;
    - Integrity provisions:
    Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive.
    
    Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    The work shall be completed within 5 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
