This Request for a Standing Offer cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F3051-180031/A dated December 12, 2018 with a closing on January 25, 2019 at 2:00pm.

NOTICE: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Request for Standing Offer (SOA) for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans-Canadian Coast Guard to purchase the following:

1- LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids.  Lantern Type 1 whose light intensity can be adjusted up to 77 Cd. 
 
2- LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Lantern Type 2 whose light intensity can be adjusted up to 1 375 Cd. 

3- LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Lantern Type 3 whose light intensity can be adjusted up to 13 800 Cd.
 
4- LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids Lantern Type 4 whose light intensity can be adjusted up to 110 000 Cd.

- Note that the luminous intensities required for type 1, 2, 3 and 4 lanterns are based on a transmissivity index T =.74.

The requirement is detailed under Annex A. An offer may be submitted for 1 or 2 delivery addresses. The Standing Offer may be awarded in whole or in part to different bidders determined by the type of lanterns and the delivery address.

The standing offer will be valid for a period of one (1) year from 2019-06-17 to 2020-06-16, including a provision for an optional two (2) year period of services of one (1) year from 2020-06-17 to 2021-06-16 and from 2021-06-17 to 2022-06-16.
