    NOTICE: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    
    This request for a Standing Offer (SO) is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to supply Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Canadian Coast Guard (DFO-CCG) in the Central and Arctic Region, on an as and when requested basis, Navigation Lights
    
    - LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Type 1 lantern with a luminous range up to 0 to 5 nautical miles 
    
    - LED (light emitting diode) range lights for aids to navigation. Type 2 lantern with a luminous range from 5.1 to 10 nautical miles
    
    - LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Type 3 lantern with a luminous range from 10.1 to 15 nautical miles
    
    - LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Type 4 lantern with a luminous range from 15.1 to 20 nautical miles
    
    - LED leading lights (light emitting diode) for navigation aids. Type 5 lantern with a luminous range greater than 20 nautical miles
    
    The requirement is detailed under Annex A. An offer may be submitted for 1 or 2 delivery addresses. The Standing Offer may be awarded in whole or in part to different bidders determined by the type of lanterns and the delivery address.
    
    The standing offer will be valid for a period of one (1) year from 2019-01-28 to 2020-01-27, including a provision for an optional two (2) year period of services of one (1) year from 2020-01-28 to 2021-01-27 and from 2021-01-28 to 2022-01-27.
