    SECURITY LEVEL 2 - UPGRADING ACCESS CONTROL - MAURICE-LAMONTAGNE INSTITUTE
    
    
    DESCRIPTION
    In the context of the Security level 2 implementation at Maurice-Lamontagne Institute, located in Mont-Joli, this project aims a first phase of integration in block A, of the integration of a new Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems. For this, modification to hardware and keys management system are to be foreseen, as well as architectural modifications and/or repairs.
    
    LEVEL OF SECURITY REQUIREMENT
    All the individuals who wants to submit a bid must hold a security clearance of Reliability
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be a site visit on December 16, 2020 at 9:00. Interested bidders are to meet at 850, route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, G5H 3Z4.
    
    Safety Attire: In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have mask. 
    
    Security pre-screening: All the individuals attending the site visit must hold a security clearance of (Reliability). The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, should be provided to the Contracting Authority by December 14, 2020 at 16:00 in order to gain access to the site.
    
    CONSTRUCTION TIME
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work on March 31, 2021.
