IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, only the contractors submittig a COVID-19 vaccination requirement certification will be able to qualify for a contract award. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

DESCRIPTION

Work consists of maintaining the grounds of the Maurice Lamontagne Institute located at 850 Route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, QC

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder shall enclose the COVID-19 vaccination certification with its bid.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The Contract will be from May 1st, 2022 to April 30th, 2024 plus three individual option years of one year each.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be no site visit. Before submitting bid, Contractor is responsible to get all necessary information regarding conditions that may affect the execution of the contract.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

There is a security requirement applicable to this Agreement.
