Black. All in accordance with the Annex A - Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal. Start of Work : August 24, 2015 End of Work : October 5, 2015 A Bidders' Conference was held onboard the CCGS Martha L. Black, at 101 boul. Champlain, Québec, on Monday June 22, 2015 at 09:00 am. A vessel visit was held immediately after the Bidders'Conference. This PWGSC office provides procurement services in French and English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
