The Department of National Defense - Support Base Valcartier (SB VA)

Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking the services of a private-sector company to rent snowmobiles in good condition and provide various related goods and services, as needed, for the use of members of Support Base Valcartier (SB VA), Quebec, during their operations or winter training in that province.

Level of Security Requirement: None

Applicable Trade Agreements:
This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No

Competitive Procurement Strategy: 
Canada expects to issue multiple standing offers to offerors of snowmobile rentals services who meet the evaluation criteria and pass the selection procedure detailed herein.

Term of Standing Offer:  
From Standing Offer award date to April 30, 2020 plus one (1) optional year.
