Nature of Requirements: 
(a)	Title: Coherent lidar for target recognition and ranging in
hars environment.

(b)	Objectives:  Built a coherent lidar base on COTS optical
fiber telecommunication domain. 

(c)	Tasks:

Task 1 - Proof of concept lidar and final section of components
Task 2 - Assembly of the lidar
Task 3 - Advance prototype and Demonstration

(d)	Work location:

Most of the work of this contract must be performed at the
contractor facilities. The Contractor will have a demonstration
(task-3) at DRDC Valcartier (2459 Bravoure Road, Québec, QC,
Canada, G3J 1X5).

(e)	Delivery : 

1.  The first deliverable (Task 1) must be delivered no late
than 2 months after contract award. 
2.  The second deliverable (Task 2) must be delivered no later
than 3.5 months after contract award.
3.  The third deliverable (Task 3) must be delivered no later
than 5 months after contract award.

(f)	Client department :

The services will be rendered to Defence Research and
Development Canada (DRDC-Valcartier).

(g)	Other informations 

-	The requirement is subject to the the Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT).
-	The requirement is limited to Canadian services.
