Snowmobiles parts and tools

REQUIREMENT
This request for a standing offer is to satisfy the requirement
of the Department of National Defense for the supply, on an
as-and-when-ordered basis, of tools and replacement parts for
its fleet of snowmobiles, and for repair services, transport,
storage and refurbishment of snowmobiles.

These goods and services are required for the Land Force Quebec
Area (LFQA), 5 Area Support Group (5 ASG).  5 ASG is responsible
for a fleet of snowmobiles comprising approximately 32 Yamahas
and 58 Arctic Cats at Valcartier, Quebec, as well as 33 Arctic
Cats and 3 Polaris at St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. 

It is intended that a maximum of three(3) standing offers will
be issued as a result of this request for a standing offer.

The period of the standing offer will be from the date of the
standing offer to December 31, 2014, including two(2) optionnal
periods of one year each, from January 1, 2015 to December 31,
2015 and January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016.

both official languages.
