Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: LETTER OF INTEREST (LOI) Invitation to license the COmbat Resources ALlocation Support (CORALS) Battle Management Technology Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is requesting industry feedback regarding the grant of rights to use a software technology developed by the Government of Canada - Valcartier Research Centre (Valcartier Centre) of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC). DRDC is interested in licencing its CORALS technology to qualified companies and agencies from the private sector that have the capacity, the capability, and a strong interest to commercialize it. CORALS technology is the result of more than a decade of R&D effort that has evolved and matured into a full-fledged naval battle management capability. Suppliers interested in providing a response should deliver it to the following location by the time and date indicated on page1 of the LOI: Public Works Government Services 601-1550 D' Estimauville Avenue, Quebec, Qc. G1J 0C7 Responses should not be sent directly to the Contracting Authority. Because this is not a bid solicitation, Canada will not necessarily respond to enquiries in writing or by circulating answers to all potential suppliers.
