This request for standing offer (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO Number F3045-170065/A dated November 7, 2017 with a closing of December 18, 2017, at 14:00 HRS. EST.

TITLE:  RISO - INDUSTRIAL BATTERIES 2V and 12V

DESCRIPTION:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the supply, on an as and when ordered basis, of Industrial batteries 2V and 12V for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Canadian Coast Guard, Quebec City, Qc.,in accordance with Annexes A and B of this request.

The offered products must comply with the standards specified at Annex A - Requirement.

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The period of Standing Offer is from award date to March 31, 2019, plus a 1-year optional period from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020..

DELIVERY DELAY:
Delivery must be made within twenty (20) business days from receiving a call-up.

QUANTITIES:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (CFTA).


This PWGSC office supplies procurement services to the public in both official languages.
