Description:
This requirement is for the supply, delivery and off-loading of a spreader on trailer for Transport Canada to be use use in an airport environment. 

Delivery includes off-loading to Havre-Saint-Pierre Airport (Quebec)

Delivery requested: as per the contract terms.
