Nature of Requirements: 
The Wild Life Enforcement division (WED) wishes to acquire a
fast and safe inflatable boat in difficult weather conditions,
to fulfill its various mandates of law enforcement. The wildlife
officers have to patrol large waterways where the wind and the
swell conditions may be at risk. They also need to board other
vessels to conduct inspections of hunters and boaters. Under
these conditions, the inflatable boat has proven its efficiency
with other government agencies and meet the requirements of
Transport Canada (TP1332 and stability standard).

Requirement:

To provide and deliver to Environment Canada one (1) inflatable
boat meeting the specifications at Annex A.
