The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

This requirement is only open to the suppliers that are qualified on 
the Supply Arrangement (SA) for environmental investigation, PWGSC file number EE517-121480.

Duration of the contract: The period of the contract is from the date of the contract to March 31, 2018.

Description of requirement:
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Transport Canada (TC), intends to carry out environmental remediation work on the site of the Mont-Joli Airport in Quebec. PWGSC wishes to obtain the services of a consultant to perform the technical and environmental monitoring of the remediation work, in order to ensure that the work performed by a specialized contractor is compliant
with the specifications, the remediation plan and the applicable laws, regulations, policies and standards.
