    Due to the ongoing and evolving COVID-19 outbreak, The Bid Receiving Unit for the Quebec Region remains open, but with limited hours : Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm (eastern time).     (a) Statement of Work: 
    Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Central & Arctic Region, Canada, requires a licensed online language training software solution that offers a fully interactive, modular based second language training program. The training must be on the learning of English and French. It must be a self-training that can be followed without tutoring services. The training will be offered to office and seagoing personnel of CCG on periods of approximately fifteen (15) minutes per day. The services will be performed on request and as and when requested by the client.

    (c) Period of the Standing Offer: One-year period, beginning at time of issuance of the Standing Offer, during the month of April 2020, ending on March 31, 2021, with in addition, two years in option. 
    (d) Estimated Expense: $73,275 per year, applicable taxes not included.
    
    (e) Epost Connect: This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. 
    
    
    
    This PWGSC office provides acquisition services to the public in both official languages.
    
    Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
