Maintenance - Fitness Equipment Services - DND, Quebec, Canada

The purpose of this Standing Offer is to provide, on request, maintenance and repair services including replacement parts, for
the fitness equipment (365 units) of the Department of National Defence (DND), at the following sites:

(1) Valcartier Support Base Sports Centre;
(2) Valcartier Support Base Fire Hall;
(3) Quebec City Citadelle;
(4) Quebec City Naval Reserve.

Services include a weekly maintenance equipment of 6 hours per week and services on request.

One (1) Standing Offer will be issued for an estimated $200 980,80 + applicable taxes for the three (3) firm years.

The term of the Standing Offer is three (3) from the date of the Standing Offer.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the following trade agreements:the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Chile-Canada Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Colombia, Honduras, Panama.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
