IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS REGARDING REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFERS  REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Quebec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject Request for Standing Offers. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work under this Standing Offers is to provide on a as-and-when requested basis, reprography and binding services for documents with short, medium and long runs, plans and specifications, cover printing, digital printing on foamcore and coroplast, digitization of specifications, plans and related documents, burning of compact discs, and a pick-up and delivery service, all in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A of this Request for Standing Offers.

These various reprography services are to be available to all departments, agencies and organizations of the Government of Canada located within a 55-km radius of 1550 D’Estimauville avenue, Quebec City, QC, with the exception of the south shore of Quebec City.  This area will be divided into (3) sectors, namely: 1) Quebec, 2) Valcartier and 3) Donnacona. 

One (1) Standing Offers will be issued for an estimated amount of 225,000,00$ + applicable taxes for two (2) years and one (1) option year.

Period of the Standing Offers is for a period of two (2) years from the date of grant with the possibility of an optional one (1) year extension. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade, Agreement (CFTA).

This procurement is limited to Canadian services.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Satnding Offers must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Standing Offers.

A Valid PBN and SRI registration will be required prior to the adjudication of the Request for Standing Offers.

Offerers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Standing Offers process. Offerers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the Request for Standing Offers process.
