This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number T3033-2024P8/A dated July 30, 2020 with a closing of September 4, 2020 at 14:00 (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 
Transport Canada wishes to purchase a self-propelled line striper for airport use, at Kuujjuaq Airport.

TRADE AGREEMENT 
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadien Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS
- James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement
- Northeastern Quebec Agreement

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 
Deliverables must be delivered within twelve (12) weeks following Contract Award.

All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named in the Request for proposal.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in their official languages.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
