Complete Mechanical Testing Systems

Description:
The National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Winnipeg site, wishes to acquire two (2) complete mechanical test systems including one (1) servohydraulic machine unit with all components necessary for its proper operation and one (1) electromecanical machine unit with all components necessary for its proper operation, in accordance with requirement described at Annex A.

Delivery requested:  at the latest 20 weeks from contract date.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
