IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. OFFER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit offers by fax to the number indicated in the subject Request for Standing Offers or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the subject Request for Standing Offers.

Given current circumstances and network limitations, some active procurements may be delayed. To stay up to date on the status of specific procurements, please consult Buysandsell.gc.ca.

Nature of Requirements: 

** The requirement is limited to Canadian services.

(a) Requirement: To provide, as and when required, Class 1, Class 2 and Class 5 bus rental services with driver. 

(b) Client: 
Department of National Defence, 
CFB Bagotville
Alouette, Quebec, Canada, G0V 1A0.

(c) Departure Sites: Call up will be given according to departure points from CFB Bagotville or those included within the geographical limits of the Saguenay region.  

(d) Destinations: In Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region or outside of it, in Quebec City, Montreal city, or outside the province of Quebec. 

(e) Number of Standing Offer: One (1) standing offer will be issued.

(f) Period of the Standing Offer: The period of this standing offer is three (3) years from the issuance of the standing offer.

(g) Estimated Expense: $168,000.00 on 3 years, applicable Taxes excluded.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
