Landscaping services for CFB Bagotville

Description: Request for Proposal to provide a landscaping services for Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, as per the Statement of Work in Annex A.

The contract period is for one (1) year, from November 1st, 2019 to October 31st, 2020 inclusively, with the possibility of four (4) optional years.

An optional visit will be held on Wednesday, June 19th, 2019 at 08:00 EDT. The meeting point will be at Local 112, Canadian Forces Base Bagotville, Alouette, Quebec, G0V1A0.

The contractor will be selected following an invitation based on minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
