Landscaping services at CFB Valcartier & Citadelle of Quebec

Description: Request for Proposal to provide a landscaping services for Canadian Forces Base Valcartier and the Citadelle of Quebec, as per the Statement of Work in Annex A.

The contract period is for three (3) years, from December 1st, 2019 to November 30th, 2022 inclusively, with the possibility of two (2) optional years.

An optional visit will be held on Wednesday, July 10th, 2019 at 09:00 EDT. The meeting point will be at 72 de la Victoire, Valcartier Military Base, Courcelette (Quebec), G0A4Z0 and will be held at local 171.

The contractor will be selected following an invitation based on minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
