Pool Maintenance Services - Sports Center CFB Valcartier

Description: Request for Proposal to provide pool maintenance services at the Sports Center for Canadian Forces Base Valcartier, as per the Statement of Work in Annex A.

The contract period is for three (3) years, from December 1st, 2019 to November 30th, 2022 inclusively, with the possibility of two (2) optional years.

An optional visit will be held on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at 09:00 EDT. The meeting point will be at 72 de la Victoire, Valcartier Military Base, Courcelette (Quebec), G0A4Z0 and will be held at the Sports Center, Building 516.

The contractor will be selected following an invitation based on minimum mandatory requirements and a financial analysis.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
