DESCRIPTION: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of Fish and Seafood. IDENTIFIED USER: Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Canadian Coast Guard, Quebec Region, province of Quebec. PERIOD OF STANDING PROPOSAL: From March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014, divided into four (4) three- (3-) month periods. Note: Offers will have to be submitted for each period, as per the schedule in Annex "B". DELIVERY: DELIVERY CCG Delivery addresses Delivery hours and details Onboard the vessels of the Canadian Cost Guard, at the following sites: Quebec City Harbour (St.Charles's River, Cap Diamant); Quai de la Reine (101, Champlain Boulevard). In accordance with the call-up document. Delay: Delivery within forty-eight (48) hours following an authorized order and twenty-four (24) hours in case of an emergency. Frequency: one (1) or more deliveries per week, depending on the various vessels. NOTE: The peak periods are: June and the first two (2) weeks of July as well as November and the first two (2) weeks of December. QUANTITIES: The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING PROPOSAL: The approximate scope of the Standing Proposal is $80,000.00 for the period from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014 inclusive. CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION: Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerers must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Offerer. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate , Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation. TRADE AGREEMENTS: "The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)."
