Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: DESCRIPTION: This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) request involves the provision, on an as and when ordered basis, of various food products. IDENTIFIED USER: Canadian Department of National Defence. PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: From December 13, 2012 to January 14, 2013 inclusive. One or more Standing Offers could be issued. DELIVERY: Provide and deliver the ordered food products to Fort Pickett, between 6h00 AM and 10h00 AM, Monday to Friday SITE: Army National Guard Maneuver Training Center (ARNG MTC), Fort Pickett, Blackstone, VA, USA. Canadian Forces representative will confirm the location when ordering and will be present to receive the food products. Canadian Forces will unload the delivered food products on site. DÉLAI: Regular deliverie shall be made within seventy-two (72) hours following and order from a designated CF representative. Emergency deliveries will be made within twenty-four (24) hours. PARTICULARS: The height of any food products pallet shall not exceed five (5) feet. QUANTITIES: The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products. APPROXIMATE SCOPE OF THE STANDING OFFER: The approximate scope of the Standing Offer is $123,000.00 for the period from December 13, 2012 to January 14, 2013 inclusive. CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATION: Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerers must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Offerer. Furthermore, as determined by the Special Investigations Directorate , Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form and related documentation. Delivery Date: 17/12/2012 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
