    NOTICE
    
    The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4. However, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    The requirement is:
    
    a)   To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) DesGroseilliers, during the spring layout at Section 98 of the Port of Quebec. In accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A.
    
    b)   To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.
    
    PROPOSED WORK PERIOD.
    
    The work is schedule to begin and end as follows:
    Start of Work: April 15, 2021 or as per ship’s availability.
    End of Work:  June 10, 2021
