Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The requirement is:
a) To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (C.C.G.S.) Ile St-Ours, during the 2021-2022 Winter layout, located at 15 rue Prince, Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, J3P 4J4, in accordance with the Technical Specifications attached as Annex A and all related drawings.
b) To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the WTO-AGP (Annex 4) and the other international trade agreements under the provision each has for shipbuilding and repair.
