Line 1, Boat Repair Services

Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the reconditioning, sanding and painting of Club 420 sailboats and of whalers for the Department of National Defence (DND) in Nicolet, QC

This service includes boat transportation services between the Offeror and DND's respective sites as well as the supply of paint and parts according to Call-Ups against the Standing Offer

The resulting Standing Offer will be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue and will include a right for Canada to authorize an additional period of one year.

The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on mandatory technical criteria and financial evaluation criteria.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) as well as the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada - Colombia Free Trade Agreement,
Canada - Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada - Korea Free Trade Agreement and Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement.

BID RECEIVING - IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS BID/OFFER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids/offers electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids , offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) offers will not be accepted for the Request for Standing Offer.
