A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Québec Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. Bids must be submitted by fax to the number indicated in the bid solicitation or electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows bidders to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. The objective of this project: The Martha L. Black is the first ship of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Quebec Region to equip of IR windows for the scanning infrared electrical circuits. Other vessels of the CCG Quebec region, could potentially equipped such IR windows. CCG wants to achieve this project to meet its operational requirements for the safety of the ship and her crew and to reduce the risk of damage to expensive. Requirement: Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for engineering services, installation, and commissioning of infrared windows, and a training on the thermal scanning program of the electrical circuits of the CCGS Martha L. Black, in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A. The Contractor must provide the services of a level two thermography certified electrical engineer to oversee and approve the vessel’s IR window requirements. Canadian Content: The requirement is limited to Canadian services. This Public Works and Government Services Canada office provides acquisition services to the public in both official languages. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
